Event information
We do our best to keep all event information accurate and up to date, including dates, times, location, artists, programme and practical details.
However, event details may be subject to change due to operational, artistic, technical, weather-related or safety reasons. Any important change will be communicated through our official channels where possible.
-
Tickets and registration
Access to Éclipse events may require a ticket, registration, invitation or prior confirmation, depending on the event.
Tickets or registrations are personal and may not be resold for commercial purposes without our prior written approval.
We reserve the right to refuse access if a ticket, invitation or registration appears to be invalid, duplicated, altered or obtained fraudulently.
-
Refunds and cancellations
Unless clearly stated otherwise, tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be informed about the available options, which may include a refund, a replacement ticket or access to a rescheduled event.
If an event is postponed, the original ticket may remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, please contact us and we will review the situation.
Refunds are not guaranteed in cases where access is refused due to inappropriate behaviour, failure to follow event rules, security reasons or late arrival.
-
Right of admission
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event if their behaviour is considered unsafe, disrespectful, aggressive, discriminatory, disruptive or contrary to the spirit of the event.
Participants must follow the instructions of the event organisers, staff, security team and venue representatives.

Alcohol may be available at certain events, depending on the format and applicable rules.
Participants must respect Belgian law and any age restrictions communicated for the event. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity where necessary.
